And you just feel in your heart of hearts, “There has to be a better way.”
If any of this sounds like you, I have good news for you. None of this is your fault. You as a woman, most likely decided to join this business to help people. But chances are most likely what you weren’t provided, was strong leadership.
You’re a woman in business. Not someone just doing something to pass the time. Some mindsets need to change. There are skill sets that need to be built. There are strategies that you need to be taught and instructed on, so you can execute effectively the activities that produce desired results.
Something amazing happens when you’re led to do things the right way. You eliminate all of the overwhelm and anxiety from trying to do everything alone and by yourself. Just hoping and praying something sticks and works.
You wanna change things? You wanna shorten your learning curve? Then find a leader, who leads by example. And follow them, and just do what they say. And you will be good. You will improve your results. You will grow your leadership. And when you grow, so does your business.
